Found water running through the living room ceiling

23/02/2011I really cannot recommend Jim highly enough.

He had previously done a few jobs for me - erecting a fence blown down in the recent gales and other minor things around the house.

Two days ago, on arriving home after a weekend spent with friends, I found water running through the living room ceiling. I called Jim in an absolute panic. He was here within 15 minutes and calmly took total control of the situation, finding the source of the water leak, moving furniture, speaking to my insurance company, removing sodden carpets etc.

His kindness was beyond belief. Every home should have Jim's number stuck on their fridge 'just in case'.

You won't find anyone better.
