Crowborough sash window stuck fast

We had a sash window which was well and truly stuck shut. Jim popped in to have a look after he'd been to see another client.

He fixed it there and then and within half an hour we finally had some air blowing through the room.

Amazing service as we were only expecting him to take a look and then come back at a later date to fix it.

Jim was clearly very competent and we will definitely be contacting him again should we have any other problems with our sash windows.
