It was better than I imagined it would be, and that's thanks to Jim.

Jim has done a couple of small jobs for me in the past. In September 2010 Jim undertook the huge task of building me a new kitchen.

He was usually on time, worked very hard, was creative in his ideas

(moved things around to make life easier), cleaned up before leaving and drank lots of tea.

I love my new kitchen.
