I cannot recommend Jim highly enough, he has always done a great job.

I found Jim's web site about 2 years ago, and it has changed my life. I have 2 flats in Eastbourne that I rent out, but I don't live in Eastbourne.
Now when I have a problem (almost any problem) Jim is the first call I make.
He generally takes over the problem - it could be pretty well anything, and if Jim cannot sort it out, he knows someone who can. I cannot recommend Jim enough, he has always done a great job,
he is very personable, and very reasonable with his prices.
