CARPENTER AND PLUMBER Jim is a good chap.
He finishes all that he starts.
He let's you know where he is and when he will be with you.
No problem with leaving him in your property or giving him a key.
If he sees something that needs doing  he 'fixes it'.
He has got a good approach when tackling those difficult jobs round corners
and angles that aren't right angles, and he does not bring a radio to work, or smoke, and he clears up every evening so you can reclaim your house.
